WATERCUT RX
SMALL SIZE, BIG POWER
The Watercut RX is the most compact machine in the market able to cut 60 x 40 cm trays. Besides, it is powerful enough to cut frozen cakes, fresh cakes and chocolate decorations. The ECO mode reduces the power consumption.

ECO MODE
ECO mode limits water pump power to reduce the power consumption. Cutting a frozen cake slab in about 6 minutes will take about 0,34 kWh. When cutting chocolate layers there is no need of so much energy: a 6 minutes long program will consume about 0,12 kWh.
The ON/OFF valve stops the jet at high-pressure and opens it again in the middle of a program at full power to cut holes and perfect details inside our products.
Sometimes, we work with very soft products like a sponge cake or very soft, such as deep frozen cakes. Instead of working just at a fixed pressure, being able to change it from 1500 to 3500 bar will adapt the machine cutting power to these specific products.

SMALL AND SIMPLE
The Watercut RX is designed to be installed inside pastry labs very lack of room: machine footprint is just 150 x 70 cm. However, this small machine can use nozzles up to 0,178 mm. It has enough power to get your frozen cake production done.
Service is done from the front side of the machine. Cleaning is quite easy: drain filter is located inside the machine.
You can create and modify new programs in the 22″ touch screen and it’s led indicators will show the machine status with different colors.
